Dr. Steve Groke

Medical Director / CEO

Dr. Steve Groke, or simply “Dr. Steve” as he is affectionately referred to by his patients and staff, is an emergency medicine trained physician licensed in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. In 2003, he graduated college at the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After serving as a nurse in the United States Air Force, he went on to complete medical school at the University of Utah and an emergency medicine residency in Tucson, Arizona. Since 2014, he has worked in a variety of emergency departments from busy trauma centers to small rural facilities. He has recently branched out and now helps his patients with their primary care and weight loss needs. He looks forward to helping you with your wellness journey.

Jana Hargrove, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse, certified aesthetic injector, and health coach with 26 years of nursing experience and 18 years as an aesthetic injector. She founded Truform Health to provide personalized peptide therapy solutions focused on weight loss, anti-aging, and vitality optimization. Specializing in GLP-1 weight management, NAD+ longevity therapy, and advanced aesthetic peptides, Jana combines extensive clinical expertise with a passion for helping clients achieve transformative health results. Her approach emphasizes science-backed treatments, preventative care, patient education, and compassionate support tailored to each individual’s wellness journey. She remains committed to professional excellence through continuous education and has earned her peptide certification, ensuring that every client receives the highest-quality care and most effective treatment options available.
